Marin Homestay was founded in 2011 by Andy and Mami Marin. Andy is from Orange County, California and studied graphic design and video production. He later moved to Japan to teach English. Andy met Mami and were soon married. Prior to meeting Andy, Mami studied in Texas and returned to Japan to teach children English. Andy and Mami have two amazing sons, Noah and Jay. The four of them love to spend time together going to new restaurants, playing at the beach, hiking, and spending time with their cat, Jack.

Opening their home to travelers has been an exciting experience for the Marins and their guests. The Marins are a loving family who welcome you with big smiles and open arms.
